Refurbishment of derelict warehouse units

WHAT WE DID:

Refurb took on the principal contractor role to manage and deliver a complete refurbishment of derelict warehouse units, covering 20,000 sq metres. Refurb was responsible for all trades, timelines, and quality of works. Using our broad network of partners, Refurb was able to complete this challenging project within the timeframe and budget – and to a high level of customer satisfaction.
