Refurbishment and creation of showers

WHAT WE DID:

Refurb was tasked with refurbishing old toilets and showers, as part of the complete overhaul of an outdoor educational activity centre. As Principal Contractor, we pulled together a large team onsite who were able to cover the trades needed, we sourced local supplies to minimise costs, and we were very careful in terms of our presence and H&S obligations due to there being children onsite at various stages of the project. Ensuring the work was in keeping with the beautiful woodland surroundings, and the buildings were in the spirit of the educational objectives, Refurb have created amazing classrooms as part of the outdoor activity centre.

Refurb Property Renovations have been working with us for the last 18months transforming a dilapidated site into a modern Outdoor Activity Centre in Cuffley. The Cuffley programme of works  has had many phases and varied project requirements, and Refurb have delivered every time; from handling the curveballs that we throw at them through to the delivery of a fresh modern and practical site. The Refurb team really understand our vision and have helped us achieve a remarkable centre.
