WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTED:

Demolish an old asbestos building making way for a ground up build of a modern reception block.

WHAT WE DID:

Refurb demolished and disposed safely of an old notifiable asbestos building and working closely with the client’s architect, built the new reception from the ground up.

This is a perfect example of how Refurb Property Renovations acted as Principal Contractor, bringing in Electrical, Plastering and Decoration trades to deliver projects to their clients.

Refurb Property Renovations have been working with us for the last 18months transforming a dilapidated site into a modern Outdoor Activity Centre in Cuffley. The Cuffley programme of works  has had many phases and varied project requirements, and Refurb have delivered every time; from handling the curveballs that we throw at them through to the delivery of a fresh modern and practical site. The Refurb team really understand our vision and have helped us achieve a remarkable centre.
