Conversion of office block to residential dwellings

WHAT WE DID:

Refurb was engaged to convert an office block into 5 flats. There was a strict budget, high scope and challenging timelines, creating a complex project plan to deliver to. Accessing all the necessary trades and working closely with the customer to ensure the high specifications were met both in terms of product and finish – the flats were delivered as promised receiving superb customer feedback.

WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAID:

Refurb Property Renovations acted for Scottfraser on the recent conversion of a former Oxford office building to five luxury apartments. Refurb helped us through several unanticipated challenges and offered valuable creative input in finalising the internal specifications. The end result was superb. Five beautifully finished apartments, all of which were let quickly and at record rents. We hope to work with the team at Refurb again soon.
