We created an office space on a mezzanine floor within our new warehouse.
Our experience in creating commercial office space, meant that the building of the partitions and high specification on fire regulations delivered the much needed office space.
We pulled together a large team onsite who were able to cover the trades needed, we sourced local supplies to minimise costs, and we were very careful in terms of our presence and H&S obligations.
Our objective was to ensure the lighting around the outdoor educational activity centre provided sufficient lighting for the children on site, when necessary and in an emergency.
Refurb took on the principal contractor role to manage and deliver a complete refurbishment of derelict warehouse units, covering 20,000 sq metres.
