WHAT THE CUSTOMER ASKED US TO DO:

Refurbishment of empty warehouse unit, fitout of mezzanine office space.

WHAT WE DID:

The customer’s warehouse was an empty shell, with a very basic mezzanine office. Both spaces required extensive refurbishment to turn them into a new flooring showroom with storage and a comfortable, light office space.

In our role as Principal Contractor, we sourced trusted Electrical, Plastering and Painting & Decorating companies, and coordinated with Blenheim Flooring’s own fitters to ensure a high standard of finish was achieved.

WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAID:

‘From our first enquiry through to completion of our office and warehouse, the whole team were punctual, reliable, knowledgeable and ready to help.

We met with Matt to discuss our needs and wants. He was able to pull the whole thing together and more importantly, did so on time and in budget! He asked all the right questions and helped us with things that we didn’t even know we would need. We also used the services of their electrical department. Brendan did a site visit with us and ran through everything we would need to get the building up and running. Once again, everything was clearly explained, and came in on time and on cost.
