Conversion of two rooms into one large kitchen/diner. Steels fitted, wall removed, plaster boarding, electric sockets and lighting, decorating, including new doors and skirting boards. All work completed to a high standard, within time frame (including some long hours) In summary, friendly hardworking and professional throughout.

We don’t see why residential clients aren’t given the same attention to detail in terms of costs and timings as those of a commercial project. We are respectful of timings, budgets and the needs of the property owner. This meticulous planning enables us to monitor progress closely, so that there is full visibility for the client of where the project is at key stages.

If your architect has not provided 3D visuals of your project we may be able to do this for you, so you can visualise exactly what your project will look like completed, and help you make decisions on the details and can save you time, money and energy later in the project.

Health and safety is always important but is particularly important when we are working in your home. It is our number one priority on all our projects. Our Safe Contractor accreditation and £5m level of insurance means you can feel safe and protected whilst working with us.

We had been messed about by two other builders. Then we were recommended to use Refurb by our friends who said they were brilliant. We had a small flat to refurb including a new kitchen, oak doors, new bathroom, full re-wire, new combi boiler and decorating throughout. Matt project managed the entire process and kept us in the loop throughout the entire renovation. The outcome is incredible. I now have a reliable builder which is the hardest thing to find!!
